Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are hand-packed with care.
Please allow 7-10 business days for processing before shipment.
During high-volume periods (launches or holidays), processing may take slightly longer.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.


Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on your selection at checkout.

Standard: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Priority: 2–4 business days after dispatch
Shipping costs are calculated by weight and destination at checkout.


Packaging

All orders are securely packaged, and we use eco-friendly materials whenever possible.
Fragile items such as candles and crystals are carefully cushioned.
Mystery Coffin Capsules and themed boxes are shipped inside protective outer packaging.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is damaged or missing:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).

Include your order number and clear photos if applicable.
We’ll assist with a replacement or store credit whenever possible.
Pagan Isle Apothecary is not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Preorders & Restocks

Preordered or limited-edition items include estimated timelines on their product pages.
If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, it will ship when all items are ready unless otherwise stated.
